This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Level Up My Play (the “Platform”) — athletes, parents, coaches, and clubs. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.
1. Be safe and respectful
- Treat other users with respect. No harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation.
- No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- No content or conduct that is sexually explicit, exploitative, or endangers a minor in any way.
- Prioritise safety during sessions and follow applicable rules for working with minors.
2. Be honest
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, certifications, or affiliation with a club.
- Provide accurate profile, listing, and booking information and keep it up to date.
- Reviews must reflect a genuine first-hand experience. No fake, paid, or retaliatory reviews.
3. No fraud or payment circumvention
- Do not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or any illegal activity.
- Coaches must not take payment off-platform for sessions discovered through the Platform, or otherwise try to avoid the service fee.
- Do not abuse refunds, promotions, or the cancellation policy.
4. No abuse of the Platform
- Do not scrape, crawl, harvest data, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data, or probe, scan, or test our security without permission.
- Do not upload malware, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation or other users.
- Do not use bots or automated means to create accounts, send messages, or manipulate listings, rankings, or reviews.
5. Content you post
You are responsible for the content you post (profiles, photos, messages, reviews). Do not post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that violates someone else's privacy or rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this Policy, with or without notice.
6. Reporting and enforcement
If you see a violation, use the in-app report feature or email [email protected]. We investigate reports and may remove content, freeze a payout under review, suspend, or terminate accounts, and where appropriate involve law enforcement.
