Publish a camp, clinic, tryout or tournament and let families register online — free or paid. Every event gets its own page with live spots remaining.
- Set a capacity and it cannot be oversold — a cancellation reopens the spot automatically.
- Paid events are paid by card at registration; your share is transferred to your bank account by Stripe.
- Add up to five custom questions per event — shirt size, skill level, emergency contact — answered at registration and exported with the roster.
- Attach a digital waiver. The exact text each parent accepted is recorded, so what was signed is never in question.
- Cancel an event and every registrant is refunded in full automatically, including the service fee.

- The athlete service fee is not refunded if the athlete cancels their own registration — but if you cancel the event, every registrant is made whole in full, fee included.
- A paid event requires a short Stripe onboarding so your club can receive transfers directly.

Questions club owners actually ask
Do we have to move our membership fees onto the platform?
No, and most clubs do not. The members ledger is built for money you collect yourself, in cash or by e-transfer: it tracks who has paid and sends the reminders, but the payment stays entirely between you and the family. We take nothing from it.
What exactly do you charge us for?
The monthly club plan, and a percentage of paid event registrations we process through Stripe. Free events, membership fees you collect yourself, and anything to do with hiring cost nothing.
How fast does an event go live?
Immediately. You publish events yourself — there is no approval step for your own content. Only the club itself is reviewed, once, when you first register it.
Can we take registrations for a free event?
Yes, and it is genuinely free: no card and no Stripe setup. You still get capacity limits, the participant list, custom questions, the waiver, check-in and the message channel.
What happens if we have to cancel an event?
Every registrant is refunded in full automatically, including the service fee they paid, and already-transferred money is pulled back. Families are made whole even if something goes wrong on the payment side.
Is the waiver legally usable?
The system records the exact wording each parent accepted and when, so you can always prove which version was signed. The wording itself is yours — we do not supply legal text, and this is not legal advice.
Who can see our members list?
Only your club. Participant details, answers, contact information and your ledger are visible to the club owner and our support staff, never to other clubs, other members or the public.
What if our coaches are already on the platform?
They ask to join your roster from their own profile and you approve them. Their independent bookings keep running exactly as before — joining a club adds visibility, it does not take their business over.
Do we need an app for our members?
Not a separate one. Members use the same Level Up My Play apps on iOS and Android, or the website. Nothing to build, nothing to maintain.
Can we use our club page as an ad landing page?
That is exactly what it is built for. It is a real public page with your photos, coaches, calendar and events, so a link from Instagram or a paid ad lands on something that converts instead of a login screen.
