Gerwyn Frias
Vancouver, BC
Hi! I’m a dance teacher specializing in hip hop, with a passion for heels choreography. My training also spans contemporary, waacking, partner work, and popping & locking, giving me a versatile approach to movement and performance. I’ve taught everything from one-on-one private lessons to dance classes and workshops with 50+ students around the world. Whether you’re looking to choreograph an unforgettable wedding performance, build your confidence on the dance floor, or simply learn a few moves to feel your best on a night out, I’m here to help. No matter your experience level, my goal is to create a fun, supportive environment where you can grow, move, and enjoy the process.
Every lesson is tailored to your goals, experience level, and learning style. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced dancer looking to refine your technique, we’ll create a plan that works for you. I believe dance should be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for everyone. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency, confidence, and discovering what your body is capable of. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m committed to helping you grow at your own pace while celebrating every milestone along the way.
