Tomas is a strength & conditioning coach with a diploma in Kinesiology, specializing in athletic performance, strength development, mobility, and movement quality. He works with athletes of different sports and levels, helping them build a stronger, more resilient body and improve the physical qualities needed to perform at their best.
My training approach is built around developing strength, mobility, movement quality, and conditioning based on the individual demands of each athlete and their sport. I focus on building a strong foundation through fundamental movement patterns and progressive strength training, while incorporating sport-specific exercises, power, agility, and conditioning when appropriate. Programs are individualized based on the athlete’s current abilities, goals, training experience, and the physical demands of their sport. The goal is not only to get stronger, but to develop a well-rounded athlete who can move efficiently, perform better, and build long-term physical resilience.
