Let’s Talk Foam Rolling: Foam rolling can temporarily increase range of motion and reduce muscle tension, but it’s only part of the picture. If you spend your day sitting, driving, or scrolling, your body can get stiff from being in the same positions. That’s why I pair foam rolling with active mobility + strength work. Try this quick T-spine reset: 1) Foam roll T-spine — 45 sec 2) T-spine extensions on foam roll — 12 reps 3) Banded T-spine extensions (use thick band) — 12 reps Mobility isn’t just about getting into a position.. it’s being strong enough to control it.
