Meghan Zafaralla

Love my workout plan!! I love how there is flexible and Megs is on top of it making sure that we are getting everything done!! This is my first month with this program and I'm obsessed!!!

I always look forward to my training sessions with Megz. She did a great job setting me up with a program which took into account my fitness level but also goals I want to achieve. I have been training with her for a few months now and I can already feel positive changes in my body, and mood.

Meghan has been instrumental in my recovery from a car accident. The accident left me dealing with back pain and she designed personalized training program specifically targeting my issues and helped me work through them. She has great energy and she brings genuine enthusiasm to every session, which made a real difference in staying motivated through a tough recovery process. Really grateful for her expertise, I highly recommend. A fantastic trainer!

The experience has been great so far! Everything's keeping me accountable even though it's all online. I love that we can always talk anytime I need help with certain areas :)

The overall experience is good! She makes the training experience fun and comfortable! I started to enjoy working out again and pushed myself out of my comfort zone! ◡̈

The overall experience was good! I was surprised by what I told her I wanted to work on, and she knew the exercises right away, that was cool! I was pretty happy about training experience, you were really encouraging, engaging and had a fun vibe to work with.

Thank you Meghan for all your guidance in my fitness journey so far! You've helped me become more confident in going to the gym on my own and your program has made working out fun again.

The training style is so warm but also pushes me. I've had trainers who went to easy on me and also ones who shamed me when I couldn't complete the task at hand. You have such a great middle ground where I can absolutely feel myself getting stronger and pushing myself - despite my complaints about sweating, I really look forward to our workouts!

I'm honestly surprised at how much I look forward to my 1-on-1 sessions with Meghan because she's such a fun and easy person to talk to and I always feel better about myself after pushing myself at the gym. And I'm so happy she created the online program, because it has truly helped me with my goals and has made going to the gym easier. I never thought I would be as consistent as I have been with working out and I have Meghan to thank for that! So thank you!!
