With over 5 years in healthcare as a nurse and 6+ years as a certified personal trainer, Meghan brings a rare mix of clinical insight and performance coaching to every session. She specializes in Sports Performance Enhancement, Strength & Conditioning, Fat Loss, Functional Training, and Injury Prevention — helping both everyday clients and athletes build strength from the inside out. Meghan's own athletic journey — basketball, boxing, and running — never really ended after high school; it just evolved. FOR ATHLETES (Strength & Conditioning): Sessions are built to directly support your sport — getting stronger, faster, and more explosive, building cardiovascular capacity, and becoming a more resilient, injury-resistant athlete overall. FOR GENERAL POPULATION CLIENTS: The same structure applies, with more emphasis on building sustainable habits, consistency, and confidence in the gym — so results last well beyond the program.

Meghan has been instrumental in my recovery from a car accident. The accident left me dealing with back pain and she designed personalized training program specifically targeting my issues and helped me work through them. The training style is so warm but also pushes me. I've had trainers who went to easy on me and also ones who shamed me when I couldn't complete the task at hand. You have such a great middle ground where I can absolutely feel myself getting stronger and pushing myself - despite my complaints about sweating, I really look forward to our workouts!
I'm honestly surprised at how much I look forward to my 1-on-1 sessions with Meghan because she's such a fun and easy person to talk to and I always feel better about myself after pushing myself at the gym. And I'm so happy she created the online program, because it has truly helped me with my goals and has made going to the gym easier.
